From Lafayette to Lake Charles: Our goal remains the same! Smart. Simple. Stress free.
On January 14th, 2015, we took the first steps needed in expanding our title company to Lake Charles, Louisiana. The new office in which we would soon call ours was still under construction, therefore, we leased a building and waited patiently. (After all, patience IS a virtue.) For those of you who don’t know or don’t keep up with trends in the real estate market, Lake Charles is booming!!! In the next five years, there will be several “River Ranch” style developments that will include residential homes, commercial businesses, and restaurants.
One December 2, 2015, we were finally able to move into our permanent location in Walnut Grove. Our next step was to prove to the people of Lake Charles that we are hardworking, dedicated, and determined to give them excellent service.
It did not take long for us to meet some wonderful people who were willing to give us a chance. We have the most loyal clients that trust us and know that they can count on us should they ever need anything! We are very fortunate to be in an industry where friendships are made daily and nourished to last a lifetime. We look forward to making relationships in Lake Charles like the ones we have made in Lafayette!!
