BRANDON C. BRADLEY | Partner, Real Estate Title Attorney

Brandon Christopher Bradley was born in Lafayette to a prominent family in the real estate field. He graduated in 2007 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelors of Liberal Arts in Political Science. He continued his education at Loyola School of Law, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2010. Growing up so closely affiliated with his family’s business, Brandon spent much of his time working for the firm while receiving his education. In 2013, he joined the Bradley Moreau Title team as an on-staff attorney and was promoted to partner in 2018.

His experience in the field goes back much further than his education. Brandon’s involvement in the family business exposed him to all the processes and procedures of real estate title, and his current practice focuses on estate planning services, refinances, home equity loans, second mortgages, as well as standard residential and commercial transactions. He is certified instructor by the Realtors Association of Acadiana to teach continuing education courses for those in the real estate field, as well as a business law advisor at Opportunity Machine for other professionals in the area.

Brandon is certified in American Land & Title’s Best Practices. He is also a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Lafayette Bar Association, the Acadian Home Builders Assocation, the Louisiana Home Builders Assocation, a current affiliate of the Realtors Association of Acadiana, the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors, and the Acadiana Mortgage Lender’s Association, as well as a former Your Professional Network (YPN) Vice President & President from 2015 to 2018.
He also currently sits on the Board of Zoning & Adjustment for Lafayette Parish Government, the board of the Louisiana Land Title Association’s TitlePac, and a volunteer for H.E.L.P. Pro Bono Counsel for the Lafayette Bar Association. Brandon provides legal advice to the disadvantaged as a Counsel on Call Volunteer for the Pro Bono Counsel, and was awarded most hours contributed by an attorney from 2015 to present. Since 2018, he has been one of the official Lafayette Consolidated Government Professional Volunteers for Affordable Housing Program. Additionally, he is a licensed title insurance producer with the Louisiana Department of Insurance and an agent of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, the Old Republic Title Insurance Company, and the First American Title Insurance Company.

As a family man, Brandon takes pride in his beautiful family with his wife Shellie Girouard Bradley of Lafayette. The couple has two young daughters who are actively involved in local sports programs, particularly Lafayette Youth Soccer Association (LYSA) and the Cajun Soccer Club (CSC). Brandon presently serves on the executive board of LYSA, as the CSC Vice President of Compliance, and the head coach of his daughters’ team: The Kittens. His experience comes from his high school days as a member of the 2001 Men’s State Championship team at Saint Thomas Moore. Outside of soccer, Brandon is a light-hearted and easy-going individual who isn’t afraid to step into the spotlight. His positive attitude and work ethic makes closings a fun experience for everyone!
